We respect copyright and trademarks. Users are responsible for UGC and obtaining licenses (e.g., music in videos).
2. Notice of Infringement
Email [email protected] with:
- contact details;
- description of the protected work + proof of ownership;
- link/ID to the allegedly infringing material;
- a good-faith statement that you’re authorized and information is accurate.
3. Actions
We may remove/disable access, suspend accounts, send a Statement of Reasons, and notify affected parties. Repeat infringers may be terminated.
4. Counter-Notice
If your material was removed by mistake, email [email protected] with evidence (license/authorization). We’ll reassess promptly.

Respectăm drepturile de autor și marcă. Utilizatorii sunt responsabili pentru UGC și pentru licențe (ex. muzică în clipuri).
2. Notificare de încălcare
Email la [email protected] cu:
- datele de contact;
- descrierea operei protejate + dovada titularității;
- link/ID către materialul presupus încălcător;
- declarație de bună-credință privind autorizarea și acuratețea informațiilor.
3. Măsuri
Putem elimina/bloca accesul, suspenda conturi, transmite Statement of Reasons și informa părțile. Recidiviștii pot fi închiși.
4. Contranotificare
Dacă materialul a fost eliminat din greșeală, scrie la [email protected] cu dovezi (licență/autorizație). Reevaluăm prompt.
